We installed the water heater in the bar cabinet. Space is a premium in our Coach House..

The water heater is tapped off of the plumbing for the bar sink. |

One of the reasons we used custom made cabinets was to have space for the water hearer within the bar cabinet. |

The water heater fit in there but I would hate to have to take it out.
But we did allow for enough space to remove the water heater if we should ever have to. |

We added some light under the upper bar cabinets.

We had the bar wall cabinets made with a deeper underside so the lights will be out of sight. |

The lights we choose can be daisy-chained for power.
We dressed the cables with clamps so they would sag down. |

We had planned for the under cabinet lights by placing a receptacle
inside the wall cabinets. |

install.

The ceiling fan has been up for a while but we finally received the replacement light bowl for the one than was broke by a
falling screwdriver. |
