Our location - Gaylord, MI
Beaver Creek RV Resort |
We are on our way north. And the next stop on our route is Gaylord, MI, about 60 miles south of the Mackinac Bridge. Gaylord
bills itself as An Alpine Village. Most of the architecture in town, including the Wal-Mart and Lowe's, is alpine inspired...very
charming.
We are staying at the Beaver Creek Resort, a Coast to Coast park. Coast to Coast is a network of membership parks. If you belong to
one, as we do, you have privileges at all of them, for a tiny per night price!

Beaver Creek is a year round resort, catering to the golfers and boaters in the summer and the snowmobilers and cross country skiers
in the winter. The indoor pool works all year! There is a water slide outside. |

In addition to the campsites, the resort offers camper cabins for rent.
More elaborate cabins are available for purchase...right next to the golf course. |
