Riviera TX Our first trip to the Rio Grande Valley in Texas.  We stopped at the SeaWind RV Resort for a night and wound up staying two.
Riviera TX SeaWind is owned and operated by Kleberg County and is next to the Kaufer-Hubert Memorial Park.  Leo Kaufer, one of the people the Park was named for acted as County Commissioner for 32 years.
