South Padre Island, TX

Kite Fest

We went to South Padre Island with Bonnie and Gail Quinn to see the 2009 Kite Fest.  This is quite an event on SPI attended by thousands of Winter Texans.  Kite flying today is sure different from the box kites Mark flew as a kid.
